The Environmental Science and Sustainability Department at Drake University is an interdisciplinary program with a diverse, integrated education, and extensive field experience designed to support you to succeed in today's complex world.

Job Summary:
Drake University’s Department of Environmental Science and Sustainability is looking for a qualified person to teach one undergraduate course to students with an interest in the environmental professions. This course will be offered in the Spring 2026 academic term, beginning on January 26, 2026. The course to be taught is ENSS050: Special Topics: Environmental Consulting. Though preference may be given to individuals who are currently employed with an environmental consulting firm, the Department is looking for applicants that have a broad range of experience consulting on a wide range of scientific or sustainability related initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in environmental science and sustainability
Minimum 5 years of professional experience doing environmental consulting work
